Privacy Policy &
Attribution Standards
ADscouch strictly adheres to modern, privacy-first mobile performance advertising protocols. We do NOT harvest, monetize, broker, or store personally identifiable information (PII). We exclusively process pseudonymized attribution signals in strict accordance with platform consent frameworks (Apple ATT / SKAdNetwork and Google Privacy Sandbox).

03 Information Processed in Performance Attribution
In executing outcome-driven mobile growth campaigns for our direct client applications, we process strictly pseudonymized telemetry and event postbacks:
- Mobile Advertising Identifiers: Apple IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) where App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission has been granted, and Google Advertising ID (GAID) where consented on Android devices.
- Technical Telemetry: Truncated/anonymized IP addresses (processed solely for broad geographic attribution and anti-fraud verification), device type, OS version, language setting, and network connection category.
- Downstream Campaign Postbacks: Timestamped campaign interaction markers (ad impression, verified click, install completion, first-open, in-app activation milestone) delivered via secure server-to-server (S2S) integrations with client-designated Mobile Measurement Partners.
We strictly do not collect financial account numbers, credit cards, real names, personal phone numbers, physical home addresses, or protected biometric data.
04 MMP Partner Data Governance
ADscouch connects directly with tier-1 certified Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), including:
Postback communications are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections and authenticated via cryptographic bearer tokens to guarantee telemetry integrity and data minimization.
05 Apple SKAdNetwork & Google Privacy Sandbox
In response to platform privacy evolutions, our media optimization engine natively operates within zero-tracking aggregate frameworks:
- Apple SKAdNetwork & AdAttributionKit: Hierarchical conversion value modeling without persistent device identification or user-level cross-app profiling.
- Google Privacy Sandbox on Android: Integration with the Attribution Reporting API and Protected Audience API, ensuring auction bidding occurs privately on-device.
06 Fraud Prevention & Click-Spam Elimination
Telemetry data is analyzed in real time through automated anomaly-detection models to protect our clients against fraudulent traffic. Signals displaying signatures of SDK spoofing, click injection, device farm emulation, or IP proxy manipulation are discarded immediately and excluded from billing reconciliation.
07 User Rights & Opt-Out Protocols
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), end users retain full control over advertising telemetry:
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" to revoke advertising identifier access across all applications.
Open Settings > Security & Privacy > More Privacy Settings > Ads and select "Delete advertising ID" to permanently eliminate personalized ad telemetry.
To submit a data access or deletion request regarding inbound business communications, email info@adscouch.com.
08 Data Retention & Cloud Security
Raw transactional postbacks are retained for an active reconciliation window of 90 days, after which data is permanently purged or transformed into unlinked aggregate benchmarks. Cloud infrastructure utilizes AES-256 encryption at rest and strict role-based access controls (RBAC).
